A plump cartoon mallet rests on his bedside table. Before he goes vigilanting in his plain clothes, he squeezes the mallet into his pocket.

A social chameleon; smiles with the swindlers and scowls with the judges. He fits in undetected, showing no evidence of his existence, just like the oversized mallet in his pocket. No one knows who he is until they feel the business end of his harbinger of gloom.

Today he derails a conversation about drainage issues with a thunderous hit. The criminals empty their pockets, scurry away, and hit a brick wall behind a sneaky dirt-road curtain.
